How can I create a Connect Go account?
- Download the app for your Android or iOS device and sign up with your email address or mobile number. Similarly, you can use an international number if it is active to receive SMS.
- Once you complete the registration process, we send you a verification SMS which you need to enter to sign up. You can request a new SMS from the same screen if it does not arrive.
- Once you are verified, you can use Connect Go.
- On the other hand, you can easily link your Facebook profile with your Connect Go account by signing in via Facebook. Consequently, the app will redirect you to a Facebook page asking for your authorization with your email and password.
- During the registration process, we ask you for your email address. Likewise, we need your email for situations where you have forgotten your password and thus, you can receive activation instructions via email. In addition, we also send you detailed rides via email.
How can I add my Debit/Credit card to the Connect Go app for payment?
